Now then boys and girls, apart from all the amazing benefits of hiking, there is just one great reason as to why you should… its Extremely fun! Even if you walk the same route most days, your sure to notice that your route will be different every time you visit, just keep your senses alive, listen to the birds singing, take a deep breath of the fresh air, touch the strange surroundings, smell the earths atmosphere and see the wild animals and amazing views that’s right in front of your eyes!!
